When I was 16, I started a firewood business with a high school friend. My grandfather loaned me $300.00 and we bought a Stihl 029 chainsaw, which I still use to this day. We hand split everything and delivered the wood with a 79 Chevy. While we were on a delivery, the customer asked if we could remove some of the small trees around her house. Ever since we have been serving Garvin County and surrounding communities. Providing honest and professional tree work with only one motto, happy customers. At Tolbert Tree Care, we don't accept payment until the customer is happy. I am the father of three and husband of my high school sweetheart. We work the business together and it allows us to stay close to one another and the Almighty. We are fifth generation Oklahoman's and our family has been working the land since my great, great grandfather, came to this county just after Oklahoma became a state. We are a family company and we love this land and its people. Our approach to tree care is arborist based, meaning that we put the health of the tree before profit.
